What data we process and why
- Contact and survey request forms: name, company, phone, email, location, project details and any files you send us. We use them to answer your request and, where applicable, prepare a proposal.
- Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email: the data you provide, for the same purpose.
- Web analytics: see the cookie policy.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent for analytics cookies (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to handle it and, if we enter into a contract, for the applicable legal periods. Requests that don't go ahead are deleted within a reasonable period.
Recipients
We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use technology providers (web hosting and email) acting as data processors.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@ipprotec.es. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
